Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Performance Manager for the West
Coast Regions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with field leadership to identify performance pain points
and execute remediation plans
Assemble and summarize data for reports and presentations on
financial status and risks
Maintain quality metrics related to claims processing and assist in
developing process improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent
experience
3-5 years of revenue cycle client-facing experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations
3+ years of work analysis experience supporting larger groups
