Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Escalation Specialist (CST or
MST working hours).
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve member issues in a
timely manner
Act as a subject matter expert for Tessitura software and lead
troubleshooting efforts on complex cases
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as necessary
while contributing to knowledge base improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting users of Tessitura
Software and Products
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with various
technologies, including networking concepts and SQL Server
Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a virtual
environment
Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing
effectively
Demonstrated initiative and ability to take ownership of support
tickets
