Servicing (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing and potential customers over the phone
regarding various issues
Communicate with empathy and respect to effectively assist
callers
Ensure compliance with policies and deliver high-quality customer
service
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience in any industry
Fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing
Proactive with the ability to find answers independently
Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple tools
Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
