Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Senior Associate to
support clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the day-to-day delivery of compliance services, focusing on
AML/CFT program implementation
Support the development and monitoring of compliance processes and
client relationships
Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues
and enhance the compliance program
Required Qualifications
3+ years of compliance experience in the alternative asset
industry, preferably in Venture Capital or Private Equity
Knowledge of relevant U.S. securities laws and regulations
applicable to alternative asset funds
Experience with AML/CFT standards and compliance requirements for
offshore funds is a plus
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; advanced
degree in law or business is a plus
Compliance certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CRCP are highly
preferred
