A company is looking for a Sr Director - Customer Management
(Aerospace/Defense).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the customer management team to advocate for customer needs
and ensure service excellence
Manage forecasting and financial objectives for customer accounts
and ensure revenue goals are met
Develop and communicate market sector strategies in collaboration
with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Master's degree and 10-14 years of experience in a related
field
Previous management experience, preferably in a Director role
Expertise in EMS and relevant market sector
Strong understanding of business concepts, finance, and
negotiation
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
