Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Specialist to manage the
onboarding and offboarding processes for property management
assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute onboarding and offboarding tasks for property
management assignments
Lead communication among various teams and clients throughout the
transition process
Identify and implement improvements for internal processes related
to property transitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in multifamily real
estate
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of property management
functions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to interpret complex real estate terminology
