Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries and insurance
policy needs
Provide expertise on insurance products and services to ensure
appropriate coverage
Support customers in filing claims and offer additional products as
needed
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity
to gain during training
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service preferred
