Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Helpdesk representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist providers with various applications within the Provider
Portal, including account creation and password resets
Provide technical support and ensure compatibility of providers'
computers with applications
Handle confidential data according to company policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
Customer service experience, preferably in a help desk or call
center environment
Proficiency in computer use
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Ability to work in a team environment and multitask across multiple
applications
Good internet service is required for all positions
