A company is looking for a Senior Associate General Counsel
specializing in M&A and Corporate Transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Support growth and divestitures by facilitating all transactions
and market development
Manage the M&A Corporate Transactions legal team and handle
administrative matters
Analyze and provide legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and
operational matters
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate
6-10 years of experience as an attorney, with at least 3 years in
health care, insurance, or health-related technology
Licensed to practice law in any state
Experience overseeing complex acquisition and divestiture
transactions
Strong written and oral communication skills
