Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience and Business Analysis
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of UX Specialists, Visual Designers, and
Business Systems Analysts
Oversee the development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and
visual designs while ensuring adherence to design standards
Capture and document business requirements, facilitating workshops
and ensuring alignment with technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business
Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX, Visual Design, or Business
Analysis
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of
UX/Design/Business Analysis professionals
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and
methodologies
Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe
Creative Suite
