Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Renewal Manager - LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end renewals execution support and maintain
knowledge of commercial negotiation and product portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity of renewal
opportunities and manage renewals in North America and Latin
America
Deliver regular status updates and summaries of complex issues to
management, ensuring accurate visibility to forecasted
attrition
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with the ability
to influence stakeholders
Experience managing SaaS Subscription and Professional Services
renewals processes
Proven commercial negotiation experience with a track record of
meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals
Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent comparable experience
