Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coach for Hispanic-Serving
Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an active roster of students through outreach and
scheduling coaching sessions
Help students create tailored academic and career plans by
identifying their goals and obstacles
Keep accurate student records in management systems to support
tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
Genuine passion for supporting first-generation and Latine
students
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, with cultural fluency in
Latine communities
Familiarity with college programs and experiences of first-gen or
Latine students
Bachelor's degree required, with a commitment to ongoing learning
and development
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
effectively
