Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center
(NOC) Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting support and maintain customer
satisfaction
Support and maintain integrated hardware and software solutions
Monitor network performance and resolve hardware or software
issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in IT or
network operations
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS Entry on Duty
clearance
Proficiency in networking, AWS, and Linux
Experience in a Tier 2 role within an enterprise-level IT or
Network Operations Center
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
