Job Description:
A company is looking for a Facility Management BIM
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients to understand and resolve project
requirements
Investigate and analyze individual projects to address unique
challenges
Fix broken BIM models, focusing on resolution rather than creating
new designs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Proficiency in Navisworks and Revit
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Understanding of BIM and construction processes
Excellent English for client communication
