Job Description:
A company is looking for an Online Student Support Specialist to
provide support and guidance to online students throughout their
academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and support students to encourage reenrollment and track
their progress towards graduation
Conduct assessments to gauge online program readiness and assist
with orientation needs
Collaborate with college partners and provide feedback on student
experiences and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, communication, or a
related field
Experience in customer service and understanding data
Knowledge of inside sales tactics and the student lifecycle
Master's degree and 5+ years of experience preferred
