Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Process
Improvement (Physician RCM).
Key Responsibilities
Lead process mapping and optimization initiatives for physician
revenue cycle processes
Identify root causes of billing inefficiencies and implement
structured improvements
Serve as a strategic problem-solver, collaborating with RCM
leadership to address operational challenges
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare
Billing Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong background in billing/collections workflows
Expertise in billing system optimization, preferably with Athena,
Epic, or similar RCM platforms
Proven ability to reduce denials and improve collections using
data-driven methodologies
Strong analytical skills to leverage data and KPIs for operational
improvements
