Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Implementation
Specialist who will ensure customer satisfaction during the
onboarding process of a cloud-based benefits administration
tool.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation for customers and manage the
implementation process
Partner with stakeholders to define integrations and maintain
documentation on workflows
Conduct software education for Admins and advocate for customer
needs across departments
Required Qualifications
Current life and health insurance license
Minimum 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration
Technology
Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in relevant fields
Familiarity with HCM systems and experience with APIs preferred
Ability to coach and mentor team members
