Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Staff Assistant III -
Bariatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front office tasks including registration, scheduling, and
insurance verification
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient
confidentiality and a tidy waiting area
Maintain knowledge of the EPIC EMR system and assist lower-level
staff as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and completion of the CSA Career Development
Program
1 year of experience as a CSA II or Float CSA II
Proficiency in clinical front office operations such as
registration and scheduling
Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
regulations
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
