Key Responsibilities
Lead patient safety initiatives, including investigations and risk
mitigation efforts
Develop and implement clinical quality improvement processes across
all markets
Monitor compliance with clinical practice standards and oversee
delegation management efforts
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business
Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related discipline
7 plus years of healthcare experience
2+ years of ambulatory provider or home-based care experience
