Job Description:
A company is looking for an MSP Compliance Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare legal documents and provide analysis on Medicare compliance
issues
Assist departments with legal aspects of products and compliance
with applicable laws
Advise clients on Medicare compliance and support the MSA
submissions process
Required Qualifications
Must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited Law School
Minimum of one year prior legal experience required
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing to practice law
Holds or agrees to obtain the Medicare Set-Aside Consultant
Certified (MSCC) credential within 12 months post hire
Proficient in multiple software programs, including Microsoft
Office Suite
