Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to
oversee a team of developers in designing, developing, and
maintaining a database-driven ASP.NET/C# Web application.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery meetings to capture requirements and assist
requestors in clarifying their needs
Perform system and business process analysis and recommend
solutions for system changes and optimizations
Create test plans, perform QA testing, and coordinate user
acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related discipline
8+ years of experience as a Software Developer with SQL and .NET
framework using C#
5+ years of experience in a management role
Familiarity with various programming languages and processes
Experience in the mortgage industry with software development is
preferred
