Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support
Consultant with a preference for Dutch speakers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers, resolving IT and
Business Application related issues
Document and investigate application defects, coordinating with
relevant teams as necessary
Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying
opportunities for service improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Fluent in English; Dutch communication skills are a plus
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT
infrastructure
Experience in a customer service environment is advantageous
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL is a plus
Background in finance or experience with financial software is
highly desirable
