Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) Consultant to provide EAP services in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct counseling and outreach services to employees and
their families
Make referrals to treatment services and community resources as
needed
Maintain and manage a caseload of clients while adhering to
clinical protocols and policies
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Counselor (e.g., LCMH,
LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a
related field
3+ years of clinical experience
1+ years of case management review experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
