Job Description:

Immediate need for an Architectural Design Assistant in a high-energy work environment. Assistant will provide key support on multiple projects at once. The individual will provide support to the Architects and Project Management Team with daily tasks. This position will require an experienced candidate, with the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, experienced in the FF&E, and highly proficient in all administrative and design software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, AutoCaAD, and AIA software. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal and organizational skills. Seeking someone with a stellar communication skills that is both proactive and forward-thinking. Must be degreed in an design or architectural related field.
