Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their pediatric MRI team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to utilize their expertise in cross-sectional anatomy and advanced technical knowledge to deliver exceptional care to children and families.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures for patients of all ages, from neonatal to adults. With a focus on pediatric care, this role demands a deep understanding of the unique needs and acuities of children, including those on life support.This is an ongoing, staff position with varying shifts, offering 12 standard weekly hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to handle critical care situations, and maintain a high level of clinical expertise and competency.Requirements & Qualifications

• An Associate's degree from an accredited program in Radiological Technology is required.
• 2-3 years of MRI experience is preferred, with pediatric experience being highly desirable.
• The candidate must be able to possess a level of clinical expertise and competency in cross-sectional anatomy and have good interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to handle critical care situations and high levels of stress is essential.
• Either ARRT (RT) (MRI) with TMB licensure within 90 days, ARRT(MR) without TMB, or ARMRIT without TMB is required.
