Job Description:

Solid and Stable General Contractor looking to add to staff due to growing client base. Both of these opportunities are Direct Hire with the offer of stability with a well established company.

Direct Hire need for 2 seasoned Senior Project Managers with Retail box General Contractor Construction experience looking for steady work with a nationwide commercial construction General Contractor.

Urgent need for client budgeted to start position at the end of December.

Very unique set of selected high end retail clients: Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, H&M, Zales, REI, etc...

Company hand selects clients according to nationwide growth schedule. PM only travels 10% of the time.

Base Salary range $75+ with profit and performance annual bonuses along with room for growth for tenured Senior Retail Project Manager with box retail experience.

Looking for experience with Retail - Stand Alone, Ground Up, Remodel, Strip Mall. Looking for 8-15 years of recent PM mixed retail experience.

Due to continued growth and new contracts this construction company is looking for an outgoing, dynamic, self-starter ready to commit to a solid opportunity.

Construction company has extremely fast turn around on each project, generally 10 - 20 weeks from start to completion. Looking for someone that can handle a fast paced environment.
