Requirements - - - - - - - - - Experience as a Painter is preferred but not required. - - - - - - - - - Knowledge of various paints, finishes, and drywall materials to achieve the best results. - - - - - - - - - Proficiency in preparing surfaces for painting and familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment. - - - - - - - - - A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to complete projects on time. - - - - - - - - - A commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents. Your Responsibilities: - - - - - - - - - Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting with attention to detail. - - - - - - - - - Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a flawless finish. - - - - - - - - - Mix and match colors to meet design specifications and ensure a cohesive look. - - - - - - - - - Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment to ensure they are always ready for the next project. - - - - - - - - - Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and protected while painting. - - - - - - - - - Assist with make-ready duties as needed.
