In this role you will be data driven, have a customer mindset, and passionate about technology. You may have some engineering management background with a proven track record of hands-on development delivering impactful solutions through technology.     • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
    • Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
    • Identify and address technical challenges and risks, providing effective solutions.Basic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
      • 5+ years of experience as a full stack software engineerPreferred/ Desired Qualifications:
        • Experience with at least one or more object-oriented programming/support languages (Preferably C#/.NET)
        • Experience with relational and document databases, such as SQL Server & Cosmos Db
        • Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers
        • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
        • Experience with message bus technologies (RabbitMq, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
        • Experience with Javascript and/or WASM (Web Assembly)
        • Generative AI experience a plus
        • Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and leadership
