Job Family Description: Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team. Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applications. This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.
 
Use the macro created by the “Excel Guru” to load existing RCM information into the RCCD. Enter remaining RCCD information from: 1) The Visio diagrams, 2) The top-down heat maps, 3) Phoenix downloads, and 4) other sources (e.g. – may have to look people up in the Phonebook to get SID/proper name) and type or copy/paste it into the RCCD, search for applications in SEAL, etc.). Feed Results and Issues to COE Contacts – Funnel questions on the documentation to the internal Chase COE coordinator and receive answers back to complete the conversion
KEY SKILLS:
¿ Detail-oriented, organized
¿ Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel; some comfort with Microsoft Visio is a plus but is not mandatory
¿ Excellent typing skills (must be fast and accurate, technique is not a concern)
¿ Comfortable running web searches for information (Searches in the company phonebook and SEAL are “web searches” and will be required)
