Job Description:

SMARTSOURCE is currently in need of a team of technicians to deploy printers in at a Hospital In Dallas, TX

Job Type: Project

Start Date: 1/12/15

Duration: 3 weeks

Location: Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75235

Normal Business hours

Pay: This will be paid at $8 per machine and based upon the walk through you should be able to get a minimum of two done an hour and possibly up to 4

Scope of Work:

INSTALLATION

Unpack the printer and perform the physical install including connecting power and network cable (Network cable supplied by Parkland).

Apply Device ID label (PR#) to the printer (Supplied by Parkland).

Install a roll of labels.

Power up the printer and using Zebra Set Utility send down Parkland’s initial configuration that will include Host Name and Static IP Address. Print the summary configuration by holding Form Feed button until Green Light flashes one time and release.

Capture Printer MAC Address, the Static IP Address and the PR label number. Power off the printer.

Power off the printer. Box it back up with AC Adapter and transport it to patient room.

Unbox the printer. Connect the Network cable and AC Adapter. Power up the printer.

Print the printer’s summary configuration by holding Form Feed button until the Green Light flashes one time and release. Confirm the Static IP Address and Host Name.

Document the Static IP address issued by DHCP, the MAC address, and the Device ID label previously applied to the printer. (Documentation to be provided daily to Parkland)
