$ 75.01 an Hour Contract as a Direct W2 Employee

OVERVIEW:
No travel expected or required. Looking for resource local to Dallas area to work at customer site in Downtown Dallas.
 
Generally a standard work week, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. US Central time. Based on assigned projects and tasks there might occasionally be a need to work evenings or weekends to address system outages or to implement project functionality outside of core business hours in order to mitigate risk.
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work collaboratively with HR and Kronos client teams primarily to implement new Workforce Attendance Policies/Profile for a large manufacturing client. Candidate may also be called upon to work with Connect integration as well as SQL development for custom interfacing related to Attendance. This is a client facing position and the candidate needs to have good communication and organizational skills.
 
• Basic configuration within the Workforce Central Suite of applications
• Configuration & development in Workforce Attendance Module
• Supporting and administering the Workforce TeleTime app
• Developing and troubleshooting complex Connect interfaces
• SQL Query development and troubleshooting for use in Connect and client requested data from Kronos tables
 
 
SKILLS:
• At least 3 years working experience with Workforce Central Kronos v5.2
• Advanced skill set for basic configuration within the Workforce Central Suite of applications
• Advanced skill set for Workforce Attendance Module
- The position requires someone with hands on Workforce Attendance (WAT) configuration & implementation experience, not just having done support for it, upgrade testing, or wrote up requirements/specifications based on discovery meetings and handed off to another team member.
- The newer versions refer to it as WAM (Workforce Absence Management)
• Experience supporting and administering the Workforce TeleTime application
• 3+ years’ experience developing and troubleshooting complex Connect interfaces
• SQL Query development and troubleshooting for use in Connect and client requested data from Kronos tables
• Candidate must be able to work effectively in a high energy, fast paced environment
