A company is looking for an Executive Sourcing Recruiter to support a Fortune 20 automotive company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct effective sourcing and research to identify top-tier executive candidates
Engage with candidates through outreach strategies and maintain relationships
Track candidate and requisition activity in the CRM and ATS

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in executive level staffing
Creativity in discovering candidate pipelines
Knowledge of AI-driven technology in recruitment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
