A company is looking for a Concierge Scheduling Agent to assist
with patient scheduling for high-end radiology procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the member scheduling process, including collecting patient
demographics and coordinating with providers
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the scheduling
process
Assist in patient case management and foster positive client and
provider relations as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a customer service role within the healthcare or
medical industries
Strong relationship-building skills with effective
communication
Experience in a deadline-driven environment with strong
organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
Innovative mindset with the ability to propose solutions
