About James ProvisionsWe're a seasonal 80-seat restaurant in the
DFW area, known for our airy, light-filled space and open kitchen.
Our team is passionate about creating modern, seasonal cuisine
using well-sourced, thoughtful ingredients from farms, farmers'
markets, and ranchers.We're seeking an experienced, knowledgeable,
and personable Sous Chef to join our team. This role involves
running the kitchen two days a week, managing inventory, ordering,
menu execution, and overseeing BOH production. Ideal candidates
have a minimum of three years of experience in similar roles,
attention to detail, solid communication skills, a hands-on
approach, and a love of hospitality.Key Responsibilities
