• Certification Details
• BLS certification is required and must be AHA accredited.
• ACLS certification is optional and must be AHA accredited.
• Nursys licensure verified through for all licensed professionals.
• NIH Certification is required.
• Ascension EKG Exam must be passed with a score of 90% or higher with only 2 attempts.
• Ascension Unit Specific Checklist optional for onboarding but required within a week by the Ascension unit leader.
• Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation must be completed.
  • Job Details
  • RN Telemetry I position available.
  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans.
  • Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
