Job Description:

securing financial support and advancing the animal advocacy
movement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive development plan aligned with
organizational goals
Oversee fundraising strategies to secure significant gifts from
individual donors and grantmakers
Support and coach development staff to enhance their growth and
performance
Required Qualifications
Affinity with the organization's mission and guiding principles
Experience leading fundraising or marketing campaigns
Understanding of how to measure and evaluate fundraising
strategies
Financial expertise for goal-setting and budget preparation
Ability to work productively in a remote environment
