Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor an Agile team focused on data-driven
experimentation and innovation
Drive team performance in quality, predictability, flow, and
velocity while removing roadblocks
Develop and retain talent, and manage hiring decisions and
performance reviews
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering,
or product development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science,
information technology, or a related field
Knowledge of software delivery roles and Agile metrics to improve
team performance
Experience mentoring and developing team members
Demonstrated ability to advocate for team members and projects
effectively
