Key Responsibilities
Leverage SQL and analytics tools to extract and interpret customer
data for actionable insights
Develop customer segmentation models to enhance marketing and
retention strategies
Track key customer metrics and collaborate with teams to measure
campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or
a related field
5+ years of experience in analytics or customer insights within an
eCommerce environment
Strong SQL skills for complex queries and large datasets
Strong business acumen for translating data into strategic
recommendations
Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing
methodologies
