Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of
marketing technology tools and ensure seamless integration between
systems
Develop and implement standardized campaign execution processes to
improve efficiency and manage timelines and resources for digital
marketing campaigns
Act as the key liaison between marketing, IT, analytics, and
product teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and manage
relationships with external vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related
field
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or
campaign management
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms,
and analytics software
Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and
marketing compliance standards
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and
manage multiple initiatives
