Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Executive Director to manage
agency relationships and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key independent agencies
and brokerages
Monitor financial results and sales behaviors to ensure profitable
growth
Mentor and guide peers while assisting in the development of
training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, or related field, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of insurance sales experience and 5-8 years of
management experience
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and agency
management
Leadership experience in sales, underwriting, or marketing
Small business experience is strongly preferred
