A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Program Manager, BT
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Global People Business Partners and BT Senior
Leadership to design and implement standardized team structures
Drive comprehensive role assessments and develop detailed
implementation plans for organizational change
Collaborate on career frameworks and skills assessments to promote
professional development within the IT organization
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments
12+ years of experience with IT workforce planning principles and
best practices
Demonstrated experience leading organizational design and
implementation within IT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,
or a related field
Deep understanding of IT roles, functions, and technologies
