have a NEW role as a Strategic Sourcing Compliance Manager, where
you will be at the forefront of this effort, ensuring that our
global sourcing strategies are aligned with ethical standards and
ESG principles. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping a
healthier planet and protecting people's access to clean water.What
You'll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and collaborate with a diverse team,
fostering a culture of inclusivity, professional growth, and
collaboration.
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives : Develop and implement
governance frameworks that align with international standards,
ensuring ethical conduct and environmental responsibility across
our global supply chain.
- Drive Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments to identify
compliance gaps and implement proactive strategies to mitigate
risks. You'll be instrumental in helping Hach minimize sourcing
risks before they turn into business challenges.
- Collaborate Globally : Build relationships across diverse
teams, from internal stakeholders to industry associations, while
staying at the cutting edge of global sustainability practices and
standards.
- Enhance Reporting and Transparency : Manage Hach's
sustainability reporting platforms like EcoVadis, ensuring
transparency, accuracy, and compliance in sustainability
disclosures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Trade
Compliance and Legal Counsel teams to interpret policies, and
implement actions that ensure compliance with international
regulations.Who You Are:You're a proactive leader with a passion
for sustainability and ESG principles, excited to drive real change
in global sourcing. You value ethics, accountability, and teamwork
and excel at turning policies into action. If you have the
following, we'd love to hear from you:
- 10+ years of supply chain experience (preferred)
- Master's degree in business administration or supply chain
management (preferred)
- Background in ESG, sustainability, and global compliance
frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence
change
