the face of increasing disruptions, an ever changing workforce and
evolving business landscape. Progress in the area of automation,

right things. We help our clients solve their most complex
people-related organizational, compliance and behavioral
challenges. We help HR, fostering their role in contributing to the
business strategy and the strategic deployment of talent. We
cultivate innovation and purpose in our pursuit to be integrated in
our clients' larger organizational change programs - encompassing
adjustments to organization and governance models, role definition,
capability assessment and the transition of significant numbers of
employees to new organizational models. Key Responsibilities Our
approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from
assessment through to implementation. You'll lead large-scale
organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while
building relationships with colleagues and clients. You'll also
work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions
for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to

structure can allow for more agile ways of working. Skills and
Attributes for success Some key capabilities you should be prepared
to bring to client facing and internal initiative teams
