Our client is looking for a passionate and seasoned professional to join their finance team as the Director of FP&A with a strong emphasis on operations.
Job Summary:As the Director FP&A Director, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency across the region. You will be a strategic partner to our executive team, providing key insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional finance team in developing and implementing robust financial planning and analysis processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational and financial performance.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A and operational finance.
  • Proven track record of driving financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
