Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Market-Focused Product Managers to drive the development and implementation of market strategies that align our offerings with customer needs. This role will be crucial in defining market opportunities and helping to shape our go-to-market (GTM) strategies to support growth for Telco, Energy & Utilities Markets.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy Development

• Market Definition: Define comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned markets, focusing on identifying market needs and ensuring product alignment.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Support business plans and strategies with ROI analysis and financial assessments. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  
  • Team Alignment: Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful product launches.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for all market-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication across departments. Performance Tracking
    
    • Product Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of products and services within assigned segments, making necessary adjustments based on data and market feedback. Customer Engagement
      
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
      • Customer Advocacy: Represent customer requirements within the organization to influence product development. Team Leadership
        
        • Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members involved in market activities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
        • Training and Development: Lead training sessions for sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging. Job Qualifications:
          • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
          • 6+ years of experience in a market/segment management, product management or product marketing role, preferably in Telco, Energy & Utilities.
          • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products inTelco, Energy & Utilities, ideally in a matrixed environment.
          • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
          • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
          • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
            
            Annual Pay Range:
            110,500 - 160,000 USD
