Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to
oversee employee relations, performance management, policy
management, and absence management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conduct
investigations into complaints
Develop and deliver training for people leaders on employee
relations topics
Review and process leaves and accommodations requests, ensuring
compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four
years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of human resources experience, with knowledge in HR
compliance and employee relations
3+ years of leadership experience in managing people or
multi-discipline projects
Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
