Job Description:
Description -***Average hourly rate is $25.00 (including wage,
incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) **** -
$5000 sign on bonus for anyone who has completed all 13 weeks of
DFPS training and is fully case assignable at time of hire.

We are currently seeking full-time Permanency Case Managers to join
our Dallas team! -All you need is a bachelor's degree, and we will
provide the training you need to excel in this role. -
A Day in The Life as a Permanency Case ManagerAs a Permanency Case
Manager, your role will focus on promoting the achievement of
permanency for children by managing a caseload of children and
families. You will assess the needs and safety of children and
families, work with them to identify necessary services, and
support families in safely assuming their parenting roles. When
reunification is not possible, your goal will be to find the most
family-like setting for the child to achieve permanency.
