Job Summary
Under limited direction, utilizing engineering and lean methodologies, to perform engineering work at operational sites. This includes analyzing operational bottlenecks, troubleshooting, and designing solutions. This key player will collaborate across many areas of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop, re-design, and own change management of process changes, including changes to formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
  
• Identify complex technical issues or operational bottlenecks, determine root causes, and recommend and implement improvements or modifications to documents using proven statistical methods.
  
• Review step-change or change requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules, and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and facilities equipment.
  
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications.
  
• Partner with engineers, site leadership, and/or the continuous improvement team to provide support in process adherence endeavors or change process to accommodate identified opportunities.
  
• Support long-term continuous improvement to implement solutions to various projects, including analysis using fishbone, 5 why, DMAIC, RCA, work measurement, and statistical analysis.
  
• Develop sequence of operations, estimate time requirements, and prepare operation sheets for deployment, including support of the labor management system and warehouse management system.
  
• Partner with engineering teams and local leadership to develop SOPs for learning and development to build documentation on standards for team member training.
  
• Act as a resource for Process Engineers, providing guidance, support, and assistance.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline.
    
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related role, including experience with equipment troubleshooting and problem solving.
    
  • Experience delivering compliance-based and consultative solutions to improve processes.
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • 7 years of experience in a related role.
      
    • Lean Training, Six Sigma Training, Tableau or other statistical analysis packages.
