Embedded Algorithms Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Embedded Algorithms Engineer to prototype and implement algorithms for health monitoring products.

Key Responsibilities

Prototype algorithms for vital sign signal extraction and communicate performance tradeoffs
Port algorithms to C/C++ and optimize for processor and power constraints
Develop internal tools for algorithm benchmarking and support data collection efforts

Required Qualifications

PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in signal processing methods and algorithm design
Experience with large time-series dataset analysis and embedded C/C++ programming
Familiarity with embedded microcontrollers, such as ARM Cortex M0/M4
Proficiency in Python
