JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer III - Semiconductor

SUMMARY: MSR-FSR is a global partner to the high-tech industry seeking an experience Field Service Engineer III to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer III you play a crucial role in supporting our clients and the ongoing functions of tools and equipment found in the semiconductor industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment as needed.
  • Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
  • Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
  • Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    • Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
    • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Previous experience with Ebarra CMP, AMAT CMP, SpeedFam CMP, IPEC, CMP, Semitool CMP, FSI CMP, or Verteq highly preferred.
    • Prior experience with scrubbers, polishers, and wet spray tools ideal as work will be performed within the Planar or Wet Functional areas.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
